JULY 19 Morning Creative Retreat

Summer Morning Creative Retreat in West Chester:
Friday JULY 19 - 10am-1pm (3 hrs.)

Have you ever wanted to learn how to create a cyanotype? In this workshop I will teach you a bit of the history behind the oldest photographic technique from my downtown West Chester, Pennsylvania backyard garden. Come enjoy the company of other creative folks, get some sun, have a mimosa and leave feeling relaxed! The morning will be splendid!

Each student will:

  • learn how the process works

  • receive a handout about the process

  • create and take home 10-15 originals works

  • mimosa (or a mocktail) & snacks

  • have the option of buying a (or more) take-home kit to share with family or friends

10:00 - 10:15 hello! and enjoy some snacks
10:15 - 10:30 history lesson
10:30 - 12:30 create!
12:30 - 1:00 share your work and wrap-up

You will receive an email from me with more details including info on parking and what to bring one week before. *

NOTE: We do have a dog (Tallie - pictured) and a cat (Tigger). Tallie will be around the garden and curious about you all. Tigger will be wishing he was outside from his perch in the window.
