AUGUST 7 Cyanotype Workshop

AUGUST 7 Cyanotype Workshop

Summer Workshop in West Chester:
Wednesday August 7 - 9am-12pm (3 hrs.)

Have you ever wanted to learn how to create a cyanotype? In this workshop I will teach you a bit of the history behind the oldest photographic technique from my downtown West Chester, Pennsylvania backyard garden. Come enjoy the company of other creative folks, get some sun, have a mimosa and leave feeling relaxed! The morning will be splendid!

Each student will:

  • learn how the cyanotype process works

  • receive a packet about the process

  • create and take home 10-15 originals works

  • mimosa (or a mocktail), coffee & morning treats

  • have the option of buying one (or more) take-home kits to share with family or friends

9:00 - 9:15 and enjoy some snacks
9:15 - 9:30 history lesson!
9:30 - 11:30 create!
11:30 - 12:00 share your work and wrap-up

You will receive an email from me with more details including info on parking and what to bring one week before the workshop.

NOTE: We do have a dog (Tallie - pictured) and a cat (Tigger). Tallie will be around the garden and curious about you all. Tigger will be wishing he was outside from his perch in the window.
